Hello, My name is Silvia Quintella.
I am an entrepreneur, small business owner, and a CTI-certified personal life coach. Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) is an industry-recognized life coaching program that approaches all human beings as creative, resourceful, and whole.
With a bachelor’s degree in international business, I immigrated from Brazil to the U.S. at 32 years old carrying one large piece of luggage and my soul.
Sixteen years later I look back at my many struggles and I am incredibly grateful for the successful, prosperous life and career I have built from scratch.
Leveraging my experience as a successful small-business owner, I have been able to coach hundreds of people from different countries.
My soul coaches other souls, helping people truly value their authentic self, rooted in self-love and fully connected to their intuition, and to become an observer of their inner critical voice.
I often help my clients match their inner potential with their external beauty. My approach is to ask my clients powerful questions, do mindfulness exercises, visualization sessions, embodiment techniques, and most importantly my clients learned how to learn their soul’s language and desires becoming observers of their Ego’s inner talk. Each time has resulted in changing their lives. It’s empowering to see my client’s growth and transformation.
