I’ve been a Psychotherapist and a Coach since 2008. I started working with mental health care in 1999. Working at every level of psychiatric care, I’ve moved into Coaching because it is focused on moving forward and breaking through barriers. It is a perfect way to get to the next level of the exact thing you’re stuck on today.

I do NLP, Dialectecal, Cognitive, and emotionally focused work. I’m great with working through addiction, trauma, career & leadership, and major life changes. My podcast, The Broken Brain, has been going for 7 years and has over 500,000 downloads. It’s pretty good.
