After years of investigation, study and trial and error, I was finally able to build a self-care plan that fills my cup first so I may then generously pour into the cup others. My passion as a health coach is to help others create a wellness plan that fulfills their own needs so they may find balance and harmony in their life. This is why I created Spark Your Inner Light.

Every person is different, and what works for me is not going to work for everyone. You may prefer punching bags over a yoga mat, grass-fed beef instead of vegetarian cuisine, or long quiet walks over traditional meditation, and that’s ok! Health and wellness has been my life and career, and I can’t wait to help you discover your own path to the balanced life you deserve!
