Just as a tall tree must cultivate deep roots to weather storms and nourish growth towards the sky, we must also stay grounded and reach for nourishment from our cultural “soil” if we hope to grow tall, strong and in harmony with our ecosystem. This metaphor will inform our work: exploring your learned habits, beliefs and their cultural and experiential roots; finding ways to feed and nourish yourself given the resources and limits of where you’ve been “planted” in our culture; and charting a path towards sky-high growth that remains in harmony with the other living beings and environment that surrounds you.

I offer informed, non-judgmental, compassionate space where we can create a trusting relationship, curiously explore your values, strengths and goals, and set intentions and commitments towards living a life more in alignment with your values. As a dialogue and accountability partner, I can help you clarify goals and come up with strategies to help you turn intentions into action.

I draw on my education (a PhD and MSW), lived experience and heart-guided wisdom to provide an informed, respectful, collaborative relationship with clients ready for grounding and growth.
