I am a Trauma Recovery Coach, Transformational Life Coach, and have obtained training and experience as a coach in multiple specialized areas. I have 15 years of mental health nursing experience, and am passionate about the body-mind connection, as well as working with the nervous system to develop greater resilience. I prioritize trust and safety in order to provide high quality support to every client I serve.

I work with clients of all ages to aid them in healing from childhood trauma, adult trauma, and much more! I love helping clients reach their goals for a more whole and empowered life, and I truly believe that healing, hope, freedom, and joy are available to all who seek out support. mental health, spiritual trauma and guidance, grief and loss, addiction in all areas, relationships, abuse, domestic violence, attachment styles, disordered eating, somatic care, anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional health and regulation, self esteem and identity, shame, family development, adolescent support, trauma informed coaching, goal setting, core values identification, suicide, medical trauma, human trafficking, and more!!

I am based out of Oklahoma, but enjoy working with clients from all around the globe. I am married and have 4 wonderful children. I enjoy nature, writing, traveling, and practicing daily gratitude for the beauty found in everyday life!
