I have been self-employed at SAGE Healthcare Collaborative, Inc. since July 2010. This professional coaching andconsulting business has provided interim healthcare leadership, strategic planning, start-up and project management and development services for private and public health entities during that time. For the last several years, public health research through personal and focus group processes, and executive coaching have become the focus.

She is also masterful in working with individuals seeking to re-set their professional and/or personal directions. She guides clients through transitions regardless of their stage of life for a mindful and purposeful journey. Her experience with individuals from all types of industries.

Prior to launching SAGE Healthcare Collaborative, Inc., her career was spent in the C-suite as a business development and strategic planning executive. Her Masters’ Degree in Organizational Communication, experience and training as a Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistics, experience and training in Mediation with a specialty designation in Healthcare Mediation, as well as expertise and training in Executive Coaching provides a foundation rich in unique and fruitful approaches for her clients.

de Martinez utilizes her skills in mediation, collaboration, and disciplined action to bring leadership and work teams together to solve issues or disputes to preserve and enhance their relationships.
