DEMETRIS PAVLIDES COACHING PROFILE

Demetris completed his Master Thesis in the subject of Coaching, for the successful completion of his MBA studies in 2013. He is one of the Founding Members of EMCC Cyprus (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and he has served as a Member of the Board for EMCC Cyprus from 2013 – 2017. Furthermore, he has a Certificate in “Coaching and Mentoring” and has worked successfully with several clients since 2013. Additionally, Demetris holds a Bachelor Degree in International Hospitality Management and a Master in Martial Arts. In the past, Demetris has been involved in the hospitality as well as the academic industry, where he utilised the coaching techniques in his management, training and teaching practises. Currently, Demetris is offering one on one coaching as part of his ongoing professional development.
