I am Astrid, a certified life coach and soon-to-be licensed psychotherapist in New York City. My coaching approach is focused on exploring different parts of the human psyche and creating a dialogue between those parts. In my world, we call it “Trans-Personal Coaching” – an integration of parts into oneness, which creates a new level of self-awareness and personal growth.

I look at coaching as an “alternative psychotherapy”, where the focus is on the present moment, the experience of body sensations, and the creation of future unique goals. I will meet you with an open presence, knowing the infinite potential in you, and handling with care the difficulties you experience in seeing it yourself.

There are many techniques that I like to use, which include, but are not limited to, guided imagery, meditations, coaching tools like “The Stamp”, “The Marionette”, “The Mountain”, Metaphoric Associative Cards, etc.
