My Journey & My Mission

Early Life:
In the earlier years of my life, relationships played a unique role. Faced with the challenges of growing up in an environment marked by early loss and emotional hardships, I sought solace and validation in relationships. At that time, my self-worth felt incomplete, and I believed that someone else’s presence was necessary to fill that void and provide me with a sense worth, safety and security.

Professional Journey:
As my journey unfolded, I ventured into several successful careers in the corporate world, including banking, utilities, and commercial real estate. These experiences gave me valuable insights into the intricacies of professional life, but they also led me to a profound realisation: the path to reaching one’s potential isn’t solely paved with external achievements. True fulfillment and authenticity come from within.

The Power of Self-Discovery:
My quest for personal growth led me to study psychology, counseling, life coaching, NLP, and hypnotherapy. These disciplines opened doors to the profound connection between our thoughts, perceptions, and the reality we experience. I became a firm believer in the idea that our thoughts have the power to shape our world.

Authenticity and Personal Growth:
Through my own life’s twists and turns, including 3 successful careers that didn’t bring me that deep inner sense of fufillment as they were not aligned with who I am. Wearing masks and sacrificing boundaries in relationships out of a misplaced need for worth and security, A need that I learned can only really ever be fufilled by myself. I’ve learned that the key to reaching one’s full potential lies in embracing authenticity and the limitless power we have inside. The journey to authenticity isn’t always easy, it is scary I know, but it’s a path I’ve traversed and continue to walk everyday, guided by the GPS of my own innate wisdom, a wisdom that we all have inside.

My Mission:
Now, as an expert in transformation, I’m dedicated to sharing the tools and techniques I’ve acquired along my journey. My mission is to help others tap into their inner potential, communicate and understand that innate inner wisdom and what it is telling you, release their emotional baggage, break free from limiting beliefs, and create the life of their dreams. It’s a journey we embark on together, with authenticity as our guiding star and empowerment as our vehicle of choice.
