I’m an ICF accredited Coach. I also have a PhD from Oxford University specializing in narratives of identity. My purpose in life is to be a Pain Doula.

What does that mean? I work with people in pain to help them use it as a gateway for self-discovery. What do I do exactly? I listen and echo your story back at you so you can shape it anew. Why? To birth your pain to find release and uncover your gifts. We work on trauma, the self-deprecating voices and self-jeopardising patterns and self-limiting beliefs. We unlock emotions, declutter intrusive thoughts and release tensions. Why: for your healing and your ultimate self-liberation.

In our coaching session, we work collaboratively. Unlike therapy, we are equals. I do not tell you what is wrong with you or what to do; I do not have answers. I ask thought-provoking questions that help shift inner blockages to dig deeper for answers within. I also help you identify on self-destructive narratives. It’s uncomfortable but it works. The key is to foster self-awareness and tap into your inner wisdom.
