I see human beings as a process, our lives are full of dynamic shifts and turns. There are peak experiences, and low lows. There are times of wonder, and times of deep confusion. Some habits keep us feeling small and “not good enough”. Others have us racing around trying to find belonging, acceptance or love.

The spiritual traditions remind us that the freedom and love we seek is found within. That we can know this freedom + love for ourselves.

Spiritual Counseling involves awareness. As we learn to recognize and use this amazing capacity we have to be aware—we can live richer, more fulfilling lives. We can transform our habits and fixed beliefs. And we can open to the love, creativity and freedom that we are.
