I find deep purpose and meaning in helping people overcome struggles, heal, and thrive. I’m an advocate of embracing our humanness together and showing up authentically. However uncomfortable that is, you won’t be alone, and we’ll navigate that journey together.

After obtaining 10 years of professional practice, a BA in psychology and a Masters degree in clinical mental health counseling, I’ve pinpointed what helps people reclaim their power, trust their inner knowing, and experience their authentic selves.
