I never believed I was good enough or worthy of success. I played small. I held back my light. I sabotaged my finances, career, relationships and health. Inside, I knew the life I was leading was not authentic, that these actions weren’t “me,” but I felt too stuck to do anything about it.

My role as your coach is to remind you of who you are at your core, to help you re-connect with your true sense of self. Together, we look at where you are now and where you want to be, then map out a course to get you there. I will challenge you to step outside of your comfort zone, ask powerful questions, create accountability, and share lots of laughs along the way.

My goal is to help you achieve your goals, to awaken your potential, to create self-awareness, and help you become the best possible version of You.
