I’m a positive, intuitive, and action-oriented partner to individuals who want to live more impactful and personally meaningful lives. I hold space for challenging questions and deep reflection, and am a partner to support you in taking action.

Facing burn out after a series of high-impact but exhausting jobs, I started working with my own coach and gradually transformed my life to honor what truly mattered to me.

I also realized where I’d always come alive was in supporting others to thrive–to contribute their talents to the issues that matter, while living healthy, happy lives themselves. It is this passion that led me to coaching, where I work to help other forge a path that’s authentic and meaningful to them.
