Her mission is to empower at least 3 million individuals (of any species) to create the clear, calm, connected, confidence to choose to be themselves with anyone, anywhere at any time and take at least 3 minutes daily connection and joy. Which is well underway as she’s already guided and supported hundreds of entrepreneurs to get clear, calm, connected and confident in communication and their next steps for their personal and business lives.

Her own journey of leadership transformation has followed her through miscarriage, divorce, disordered eating, supporting a loved one through addictions, supporting her Nanny with dementia, rehabilitating rescue animals including 2 Romanian street dogs, releasing 4 stone in weight and reclaiming her voice and clear, calm confidence which she now uses to inspire and motivate others as she eases their own life journeys.

Through bespoke in person and online 1:1 and group Leadership Mentoring, Calm Confidence Coaching, Timeline Therapy®, Animal Reiki and Reiki training of all levels, Hypnosis, monthly Intuitive Lovelight Leadership© group sessions and Reiki shares for you and your animals.
