Samuel Gozo has been a professional coach since July 2016, and over nearly 6 years, Samuel has helped individuals in a plethora of areas including personal identity, making more money in their careers, healing from broken relationships, & breaking away from negative core beliefs & self sabotaging habits. Samuel holds an ACC Credential from the International Coaching Federation, multiple other certifications that are both ICF-Accredited & beyond, and is a Facilitator through the Certified Life Coach Institute, an ICF accredited school responsible for the training & certification of aspiring life coaches. Today, Integrative Clarity Coaching serves leaders through personal coaching & small group leadership facilitating— depending on the needs of the client, the sponsor, or the entire organization.
Samuel’s approach to coaching involves a combination tools, exercises, and questions derived from various coaching modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Coaching. This allows leaders to grow in efficiency, technical structure, and emotional intelligence so that they can experience increased performance and a powerful team culture.

Outside of his life coaching world, Samuel is also a two-time World Champion in Solo Exhibition Drill (an activity he did from 2005-2020), was a lead training consultant through Drill-Team Dynamics (2013-2020), and served as both a missionary and a drill instructor for the South Sudanese People’s Defense Force (March 2019-May 2020), where his mission involved building the nation’s very first silent drill team out of their Chaplaincy Corps. Samuel is also a devoted follower of Christ (the “love-your-neighbor-as-yourself” kind— not the “storm-the-Capitol” kind), and respects people from all walks of life regardless of religious beliefs.
Today, he brings the same dedication he used to win world titles and train soldiers to his leadership coaching practice.
