Combining my personal experience as a former Inc. 500 CEO with one of the most advanced maps of transformation ever created I help entrepreneurs and executives of growing companies transform themselves into better leaders.

I first experienced the benefits of coaching when I was the CEO of a small women-owned business which was one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in America at the time. As we grew in size and complexity, each year called for reinvention of both my leadership as well as the business. Sometimes new skills came naturally and sometimes I sought support to build the new developmental muscles needed. As we became more strategic in our focus, we began to direct our growth in ways that provided the kind of value which lead to a successful exit event in 2011 to a Fortune 500 company.

Grounded in Integral Theory, I work from a holistic model of how change occurs – considering not only my clients and the unique way they move in the world, but also who and what supports them in the ever-changing landscape they operate in. Together, we develop a clear understanding of where they are, a vision of where they long to be, and co-create a program to build the muscles they need to grow and embody this new vision.

• Over thirty years of broad business experience from sales and marketing to operations and project management, leading in organizations as large as AT&T and as small as my own solopreneurship.
• Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Information Systems from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s of Arts in English (my dad was sure I’d never use) from Virginia Tech.
• Adjunct Professor for Shepherd University and Frostburg State University teaching courses such as Principles in Management, Staffing and Development, Project Management, Gender in Technology, and Management Information Systems.
