Hello! I’m Tara! Certified Life Coach and Meditation / Mindfulness Teacher.

My goal is to hold a judgment free space for people to find their own little slice of peace whether that’s through wellness, career, spiritually, creativity, relationships, the list goes on 🕊️

I deeply believe that if we can find peace within ourselves there is a ripple effect that impacts our lives, our loves and our world.

Coaching Session

$75

A 60 minute coaching session to hold a judgment free space for you to find your own little slice of peace using tools and techniques to support your emotional, mental, behavioural and spiritual wellbeing. The tools and techniques I employ include self reflection exercises, goal setting, emotion processing, potential exploration, behaviour observation and evaluation and tapping into spirituality.

Discovery Session

$0 (30 minute one time session)

If you need to dip your toes into coaching before jumping in I am happy to hold space for a one time, 30 minute Discovery Session were we can discover your intentions and if you and I am a good fit for you. This is not a coaching session.

Time

Out of respect for all my clients time I will start and end all sessions as scheduled. If you are late to a session it will not be extended (unless time permits).

Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment please do so at least 24hrs in advance, otherwise the appointment must be paid in full.

Payment Policy

Payment must be made via e-transfer at the end of each appointment.

All sessions are currently being held over Zoom and can be booked Monday – Friday between 5:30pm and 6pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm.
